Lavish Tech Deals makes every effort to ensure that you are happy with your transaction. If something is not quite right though, we are here to assist you. Here’s all you have to fathom concerning our return policy:
1. Digital Products Return Policy
Because we work mostly with digital products like subscriptions, and digital videos / music, etc, returns work a little differently from the returns on physical products:
Activation Services Are Non-Refundable: Once the user activated the subscription or the digital product has been delivered, we can refund the user following certain circumstances, but most of the time due to the nature of the digital product, we tend to keep it under wraps.
Problems Related to The Service: If you have any issues related to your service such as quite a few features not working as desired etc. please contact us within twenty-four hours from the delivery of the service. We will do our best to help you in tackling the problem either through debugging or otherwise providing a replacement.
Issues with Your Order: If there’s a problem with the service (e.g., it’s not working as expected), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Make sure to record your screen or video as proof of the issue (Instant After Delivery)—if you don’t have a video recording, we won’t be able to process the replacement. You must apply for a replacement as soon as you face the problem.
2. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If we made a mistake with your order, like sending the wrong subscription or not delivering everything you paid for, please let us know immediately. We’ll correct it as quickly as possible, free of charge.
3. Order Cancellations

Before Delivery: Because we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and answer any questions you might have, please inform us if you change your mind after placing the order but before the subscription is delivered. If retreat comes to it and your order has not been processed yet, we will not hesitate to cancel it and issue a refund.
After Delivery: After a subscription is delivered, there is no possibility of lack of fulfillment or refund acceptance, as the subscription has been made usable.
